New York Residents add 8.625% sales tax on numismatic coins and currency. Bullion is sales tax exempt if sale is over $1000.00.

Postage - Orders under $1000.00 please add $15.00 for postage and insurance, orders over $1000.00 shipping and insurance is free.

Shipping Method - Shipping method varies depending on what is purchased and where the location being shipped to is.  We do not ship out of the United States.

Bank Wire -  Bank wire instructions will be emailed to you upon request.  On numismatic orders, wires must be received within 48 hours of order being placed. For bullion orders prices will be locked in upon receipt of wired funds in our bank account.  Please understand this could take up to 48 hours after it has been sent.  Merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours of funds into our account.

Cashiers and/or Certified Bank Checks -  Cashiers or certified bank check instructions will be emailed to you upon placing an order.  These checks need to be post marked within 48 hours of your order and received within 7 business days after your order is placed.  On bullion orders, prices will be locked in upon receipt of the cashiers or certified Bank check and a balance due or refund may be required.  Due to increased fraudulent cashier and Bank checks these orders will be shipped in 7 business days.

Postal Money Orders - Accepted for orders up to $9,000.00. Postal Money Orders need to be postmarked within 48 hours of placing a numismatic order and received within 7 business days after your order is placed. On bullion orders prices will be locked in upon receipt of the postal money order and a balance or credit may be applicable.  Due to an increase in counterfeit Postal Money Orders items purchased this way will ship in 7 business days.

Credit/Debit Card - Accepted for orders up to $3,000.00. We accept Discover, Master and Visa Cards only. Please add on an additional 3.5% Credit Card Fee. Due to increased fraudulent credit card orders, products purchased by this form of payment will ship in 7 business days. We no longer accept PayPal.

We Do Not Accept American Express.

E-Check or Personal Check -  Personal Checks must be postmarked within 48 hours of your order and received within 7 business days. E-Checks must be received within 48 hours of placing your order.  Items purchased by this method of payment could take up to 10 business days to ship.

Refund Policy - Postage is non-refundable.  All numismatic coins and currency carry a 7 day return privilege less the 4% that we do not receive back from our third-party payment provider. Bullion has no return privilege. All returned items must be sent registered mail with insurance. Items must be returned in original unaltered holders. Coins removed from their original holders are considered sold.  

We are not responsible for misprints or typographical errors.
